How much do you charge for makeup and hairdo?
It depends on which package you are signing up. We have bridal and dinner packages. Clients are advised to inquire for personalized quotation and customized package. We welcome our clients to drop by our office for quotation.

Do you provide makeup service for
outstation?
Our main service area is KL and Klang Valley. However, we do cater outstation service. For outstation makeup service, air tickets, hotel accommodation & transportation to airport for both ways to be borne by clients. Clients are welcome to drop by our office for our quotation.

How much is the deposit required?
50% deposit is required to secure
the package. Payment via cash. First come first serve.
Is deposit refundable if I decided to cancel the booking?
In the event if you wish to cancel the booking, CL Makeup Artistry has the rights to forfeit your deposit and non refundable. CL Makeup Artistry is committed to all our clients’ date and we turn down all other clients who have the same date that is already fully booked. It is advisable to plan your date before booking your date with us. Booking date is subject to CL Makeup Artistry's availability.
What happens if someone wants there make-up/Hair done last minute that wasn't booked for? Can you accommodate this?
Surprisingly common on the day of the wedding, this often happens after another client see’s someone who has just received Make-up and/or Hair services from us. Within our Bridal bookings, we schedule services and start times per the number of clients booked in as outlined in a client's service contract, however, time permitting we will gladly do their Makeup/Hair as long as it does not interfere with the original members of bridal party that has already booked in for services with us. These "add-ons" will be bound by the same requirements and pricing as those listed on the contract for services.

Clients are advised to plan ahead minimum two (2) months before their actual wedding. Trials are to be conducted at CL Makeup Artistry premise. Additional travelling charges apply if trials to be conducted at client’s premises.
What do I need to have ready for a Trial Session?
Full trial instructions and preparation will be sent to you prior to your trial appointment.
Main things however often include; Reference images of the Makeup and/or Hair style you are looking to go with on your big day (minimum 2 of each), An image of your dress, your color swatches, your veil and or any accessories being worn and general timeline of the day (leave by time, ceremony, any photographer arrivals, etc)

What cosmetic brands does CL Makeup Artistry use ?
My kits includes the best top quality makeup lines available, compatible with today's media demands. There are so many incredible products that provide such beautiful results, we choose not to limit ourselves to one product line. Many lines we use are specifically designed for Pro-artist use and as such are not available in stores or places like your "local mall".
Professional brands carried include such lines as; Mehron, Shiphrah, Makeup -55 and among many other lines such as MAC, Inglot, Makeup Forever, Max Faxtor. Clients are advised to notify us in advance on their skin condition in order we may choose the right foundation to suit their skin type. Our makeup artists always make sure all tools and cosmetic are well cleaned before conducting their services.
